Meet your hostess
Diana C. Stephens, PhD, Holistic Coaching. Diana founded Mindful Job Alignment Fresh Start Fridays as an alternative to traditional networking groups. It provides a supportive space for professionals to connect, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships. It also offers the opportunity to explore new ideas and perspectives to incorporate into your career journey. Mindfulness techniques are integrated to support stress relief and bring greater clarity to your career path. Topics vary monthly based on participant interests and market trends.
Diana is not your typical career coach. She holds a PhD in Holistic Coaching, an MBA in Marketing, and Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Music (Voice Performance). She brings over 40 years of corporate experience with Fortune 100 companies, having worked as a Career Consultant, Resume Writer, Customer Success Manager, and National Account Manager across SaaS, CPG, Apparel, and Retail industries. She approaches career strategy with an enterprise sales mindset. Having closed million-dollar deals with national retailers, she understands how to navigate complex, high-stakes decisions and applies that same strategic thinking to career development.
Her book, “I Don’t Know How You Did It: One Woman’s Story of Navigating Career Change and Life Turbulence with Resilience and Inner Peace,” is forthcoming from Balboa Press.
Fun fact: Diana was a member of the 2011 Grammy-winning Chicago Symphony Chorus. The Chorus received Best Classical Album and Best Choral Performance honors for its recording of Verdi’s Requiem, conducted by Riccardo Muti.
